clutch replace

If you do a clutch replacement...you have to remove both axles from both the left and right
front assemblies..yes??

Technically you don't have to, but it is best to remove them so they aren't interfering.

Remove from transmission

I only have one axle on the left, and one on the right

have any of you been inside a manual trans for the yaris??? like a rebuild of the gears etc..?

it's pretty much the same as any 5 speed transaxle make in the last 30 years.
what's your question? is it, "can you rebuild gears?" cause the answer is no. damaged gears need to be replaced.
