Seibon CF hood installed

here's just one snap shot of my hood. Didn't have much of a chance to take pictures of it so yea I'll be taking pictures tomorrow.

There were no fitment issues but when bolting the hood down to the hinges i used two washers and a lot of loosening and un-loosening of the bolts to eye the gaps that were between the hood and the fenders and such. here are more pics of the hood and what i did.

And Yes it is the Seibon hood

looks sweet. you should really put on those side skirts if you haven't got rid of them yet. how much lighter is the hood now compared to the OEM?

I didn't weigh them but according to Cali there's a 5lb difference ( I think.) The best comparison is to compare a piece of paper to half a pack of paper? I don't know but there's a difference. Will get hood lift installed also ^^ I had to paint it blue haha and yes it's the one from Redline Tuning.

I officially don't like the seibon products for this car. the weave on it almost looks fake.

yeah, the weave is not perfect, but it's still something (for an option).

hahaha, dang, 5 lbs difference? that must weigh like nothing?

Yea the weave is 1x1 so it won't go with a lot of the 2x2 carbon fiber pieces that are out there but o well.

Yea and the hood does feel like nothing lol =P
