It's new Hybrid technology from JC Whitney, while the spinners spin they charge up the pink neon lights located under the car

Yeah. Because everyone knows that light is nothing but pure energy. With all that energy directed underneath the car your car will actually lift off the ground a bit. This makes the car lighter and also significantly faster.

And flame decals.

I heard they add any extra 5 HP PER decal!

I lost one of my pimpin' spinners on the drive to Cookeville yesterday, doubtless somewhere in the blinding rainstorm with the big splashing puddles on the Interstate. There were several crashes that bogged traffic down to a crawl for long stretches. Still got 42.9 MPG (with our little American gallons) from my Yaris with all that. Dunno what I'm going to do about the broken set of spinners now. What I REALLY wanted was a set of baby moon hubcaps, but Toyota wheels lack the lugs for snapping on hubcaps.

Leave it with one missing cap. It really would only add to the effect you're going for.

There was a black LB that had those moons.

New, even more pimpin' spinners:

The spinning part is behind the outer wheel cover. They'll keep spinning through a whole red light, if they've been spun up well before stopping.
