well, I would do what I have done. Hack the airbox(get a K&N filter while you are at it if you like), get 2" catback custom exhaust with a quiet, well flowing muffler(dynomax has a nice superturbo muffler, cheap too) with a non ricey 2" stainless steel tip, make your own grounding kit out of black wires that dont stand out,and get a short throw shifter.

Those are all things you can do, and to anyone that glances under the hood or the outside of the car, it looks stock. It also sounds close to stock, only slightly louder. My car is MUCH louder than stock, but only at 3k+ RPM's and at WOT(wide open throttle). At Idle only you will be able to tell the differance.

apperantly they do on his, which is why i suggested the intake hack "mod"...all you do is cut the whole front part of the box away (facing the front of the radiator to where the cold air is) and it looks stock(unless you have a flashlight), and sounds almost stock at idle. Plus, at over 3k RPM's at WOT, it sounds like you have a CAI...not as effective, but its still a mod to gain a couple HP and a nice tone without getting the insurance agents panties in a bunch.
