i need help/opinions for my front lip

so i was washing my car this afternoon and noticed that my front lip is hanging..

i remember hitting a curb in a parking lot few days ago.. so i figured that that could be the reason to this. now my question is, how can i fix this.. i was thinking of just using a double sided 3M tape. i've never dealt with anything like this before nor done any car modifications aside from rebadging/debadging my yaris..

^this was located at the very centre of the lip.. i'm not quite sure what that is for..

^it's hanging low.. and very noticeable..

any help/input will be appreciated..

The white stuff is just double sided tape. Look underneath and make sure none of the tabs are broken or missing bolts. If nothing is broken or missing then just remove the double sided tape and replace it with new stuff. You can also try some seam sealer, applied with a caulking gun, around the top of the lip.
