Sorry I meant to add this to last post.
Sorry I forgot to ask this: when I bought car lady said battery and alternate are original. I took it to an auto place for them to check the battery and alternator since they are supposedly from 08. When he tested it, the battery showed at 100% is that normal? How can a battery that is 3 or so years old show 100% charge. Do you think the battery ha actually been replaced?

I think the charge level is less important than the amp load the battery will take compared to its original CCA rating. Most of the batteries in my vehicle have lasted 5 or more years before dying. If your cars battery is still holding a charge, that's a good thing. A three year old battery isn't a concern. I'd be bothered more by a battery that was dead after 3 years.
