Question Switching front ends.

I have a 2009 Yaris Hatchback 5 door. Automatic AC. My just learning to drive son over steered it into a ditch that just happened to have a telephone pole. No one was hurt but my wife cried for a whole day cause she loves her little car. Everything from the front of the sub frame is gone. The light fixtures snapped at the connection points. The air filter cover is shattered. Bumper, rad support, rad all destroyed. Air bags also deployed. Fenders are ok. Motor and transmission are ok.

I am having a hard time finding a donor car to fix this. Does any one know if I could use a 2007 Yaris Sedan. Standard AC. as a donor car. The airbag system might be different cause the dash looks a little different but I already sourced how to fix that.

My concern is will the 2007 starting at the rad supports and everything forward of that bolt onto the 2009? Are the AC connections the same? Is the air filter housing the same? Will the lights fit or do I need to swap fenders and plastic bumper cover as well. Surprisingly my plastic front bumper survived the crash.

My second choice is buy another 2009 or 2010 yaris and keep my wreck as a parts car but I feel like it's a big waste of a great little car. Help.

No, you can't use the sedan as a donor car in this case. You'll need to find a 2007-2011 hatchback.
