2014 Yaris SRS Code 83

My Yaris' Airbag light just turned on this week and is solid. Nothing has changed (modified or damaged) on the vehicle since buying it this past July. I used the jumper trick given by the master CTScott and it's flashing only one code = 83. I tried to look up what the code represents but it's not listed. I also tried to clear the SRS code with his other trick but it continues to be solid.

Any advice?

If anybody could chime in as to what the code represents (maybe a sensor?)...

Update,

I splurged and bought an SRS scanner and checked the code and it reads: "B1613 Front Airbag Sensor Initialization Error (RH)". I tried to clear the codes but it re-reads the same. So I dismantled the front bumper at the top and removed the both lights to access both left and right front sensors and switched them around. Re-plugged them in and after erasing the fault codes once again, it's still reading the same fault as before. This leads me to think the two front sensors are fine but there's something between the sensor and module that is not...

Should I be looking at something more specific with the error reading code?

Any suggestions would make my day :)

Spend the 25 bucks or whatever on TIS(Toyota Information System) for 2 day access and download all of the wiring diagrams for the SRS system. Might help you try and narrow down on what it could be without just turning into a parts cannon.
