Need Advice about Engine !!!!!!!!

Mine is a 07 yaris with 1.3 2nzfe. Recently engine is making intense blow by, even i got oil in the intake manifold. What should i do ? the car idles poorly, i have cleaned throttle body, maf sensor, changed spark plugs, air filter. When i put in Drive the car shakes like hell and sometimes stalls. i dont get bad mileage or drop in power, the car feels a bit off power but its very slight. I got 124k km on the odo. Local mechanics are saying i should swap for 1nzfe, What should i do....im getting confused. oh btw the engine burns oil, like i have to put 250ml every 1k km. my concerns are

Will a valve timing fix will solve it??

do i really need an engine swap ??

or is it related to any vaccum issues ?

Burns oil PCV Positive Crankcase Ventilation valve

very first thing is to check/clean/replace PCV valve.
might consider adding a catch-can to keep intake cleaner if cause isn't found and you want to keep using the motor.
Some of these cars use almost no oil at that mileage or more. But yours is less than Toyota manual allowance.

Do a compression test and see if you have a piston ring problem
