Yes it is then. If it smeared then it does work. You could try stronger but then I can't say what would happen. I will say someone made a mistake in the car or around it with paint and to avoid that in the future. But you know that now.

Lol, i guess when i think about it duh, it is removing it. I'm just being impatient. I'd try Goof off, but that's a little too powerful. I'll just keep at it with the MS. You'd think when people paint something they'd take proper steps to make sure that everything is covered so this wouldn't happen. I did get him to knock the price down when i bought it because of that, though.
