i noticed that one of those houses you posted sold in 2017 for $475,000. what changed in a year that doubled the price?
if you move to CO, denver is very difficult to find anything. Colorado Springs has some. up north in Ft. Collins would be the best. the west is nice, but work is harder to come by. |
