Need help on vibration.

I just change my oil & fillter today, I used 3 qt. and 1 cup of royal purple syntetic 5w-30 and a mobil 1 103 filter. I followed the DIY correctly, but whenever i drive around then stop, feel a vibration for 1 or 2 second only and it was'nt there before i change oil. Should i put more oil? or its too much? cause im having a hard time to see the measurement of the light purple oil on the dip stick.

You might want to go back underneath and make sure your filter is on tight and your plug. Also I would go ahead and add the rest of that 4th qt. of oil.

I can second that. It took 3 and a half quarts when I did my oil change last weekend.
