Not sure if I should change clockspring
I did the jumper wire thing in my car there are a crap load of codes that came up. 32,35,37,43,51,52,54.lm also not sure if this is normal, when I put the jumper wire on the engine light flashes and so does the p/s
light. Can anybody post a chart for these codes or tell me what they mean, any response would be great thanks. |

Here is the code list - http://www.troublecodes.net/toyota/
Your car is an 07 though right? That makes it OBD2 and you should just plug it in, the "jumper wire thing" is the old OBD1 thing. |

Thank you for reply
Yes it's a 07,im not sure if my friend has the right scanner for this car. I know a mechanic that will charge me $40 to read the codes. The list that you sent me, if the number is 51 then it's grouped under number 5?thank you for your reply.

Most auto parts stores will read your codes for free. I know Autozone does. Or, if you have an Android phone or tablet, get a bluetooth OBDII dongle like this one:
https://www.amazon.ca/Docooler-V2-1O...dp/B009RLB4Z8/ Then, download the Torque Lite app (free) and scan the codes yourself, anytime. Don't pay somebody $40 just to plug in a scanner and read codes. Jeez. |

Just seen on Amazon a 35 dollar clockspring should I stay away from this or get it as well? If anybody could tell me if it's ok or not would be great.

I would phone your nearest Toyota dealer, you may get it done as part of the free recall.
Have a read of this - http://www.consumerreports.org/cro/n...call/index.htm |
