[HELP] Dropped knife into centre console

Was pulling apart the centre console and dropped my knife into the part which falls into the middle panel which has the gears and handbrake. What do i need to undo the bolt on it ? just a torque wrench ? what happens if it fell further down is it a possible hazard?
thanks

In the center console, behind the e-brake, there should be a cup holder. If I remember correctly, you only need a screw driver. Once you remove the screw, you can lift the center plastic up. I don't see it causing any problems if kept there, but someone may find treasure if you ever sell the car =].

Edit: I changed the bolt into a screw for easier access. I just used a interchangeable wrench to take off the bolt.

Gently lift its front end upwards.
Be careful not to break the clips - I'll cross my fingers ;)

You have to unclip the smaller plastic piece near the ebrake - pop it out. Afterwards, you can raise the center plastic by the back and move the ebrake in position.
