2007 5-spd. HB for sale / Michigan, Detroit area

Manual trans./5-speed, super clean, well maintained Yaris. Clean title and never any accidents or damage. I've changed the oil every 3,000 miles or so, and have all maintenance records to show it. Air, aftermarket CD deck, aluminum wheels, new tires and battery, brakes are fine, electric door locks, security alarm, side molding and cruise. I've always washed it by hand, never smoked in it, and the inside still looks new as well. The odometer reads about 55,000. MPG's average about 38/city/combined and 43 or so on highway. 7300 / best offer. Going by KBB info, but somewhat flexible on price.
