Y'know, I actually mentioned this thread (and its hijinks) to my wife, and she made a very interesting observation:

Why would you want to win that race?

Dude, the girls always get their way, or no nookie for you. Let her kick your ass and don't whine about it... that'll just make you look like a crybaby loser, and no chick wants to get with that. Take your whippin' like a man, and tell her she did great.

Now, if you're a total control freak and can't stand to lose.... well........ she'll probably dump you later anyway.

I see it the other way. Losing a car race to her just deminishes your manly status. You can lose to a chick at cards, darts, pool, etc.. But when it comes donw to a mechanical know how verses... You have to win...

Last I checked, women are more concerned with your performance in bed than behind the wheel!

Step 1: Buy Craftsman 201 piece mechanics tool set
Step 2: Buy engine lift
Step 3: Buy quality jack and 4 jack stands
Step 4: Remove 1NZ and throw over a bridge *beware below*
Step 5: Purchase 2NZ from Celica GTS and install with basic bolt ons
Step 6: Fast Yaris. Well kind of. ;)

Might need a lil more than the 201 pc set. Step 5 should be step 4 and you should buy and build the 2NZ before ever touching the 1NZ. By build I mean over bore it, stroke it, and make it a 10,000 rpm BEAST.

Yeah, the 201 was a slight estimation. Maybe 301 would cut it?
