Buying a 2009 Yaris S Sedan... need opinions

$13,495 seems outrageous at a glace, but the car fax indicates there's some new replacement parts for the vehicle including the drive belt, brake pads & rotors, and 2 tires. Here's the car fax:

I know ultimately I'll have to drive the vehicle and inspect it myself to make the judgment call. My question is assuming everything is as excellent as they say it is... is 13k+ too much to pay for a 2009 Yaris Sedan S? What kind of questions/issues too look for should I arm myself with before going to the dealership? Thanks so much for the help.
