Now that is odd.
LOL, they come on the liftback in the cold weather package only. The sedan isn't tortured with them.

Ok, now that we've determined who has them, how do you safely turn the bloody things off?

DRLs aren't that bad, you wanna talk annoying, how about "seatbelt reminder beep." WOW I hate seatbelts! |

Yea, where exactly? What works for the Celica and Echo, DO NOT work for the 07 Yaris. I still have yet to locate a TSB for the 07's |

If I remember correctly the module that controls the DRLs is behind the little cubby hole that is on the us driver side under the radio. You have to find a way to get there. there was a discussion about it on yarisowners.com

What is all this?? I have driven small cars since 1957, and the only real hazard is not being seen! Why would anyone drive a car that is already not all that visible go out of one's way to make it even worse?
Whatever, go for it, just remember whre you saw it first. |

Be aware that BC laws require that if the vehicle was produced with daytime running lights those lights must be operating properly in order to drive legally today. |
