Installing Rear Wheel Bearing Hub

Can anyone tell me if I can install a Rear wheel hub bearing that is not abs on a 4 wheel abs equipped 2008 Yaris Sedan. You must know that I have been driving 10000 miles without abs and I'm fine with that. I just want to save $250 dollars-the price difference between the two different parts. Thank you for any input.
