Turbo 3rd Gen In Progress

Started piecing together a budget turbo build for my 2014 Yaris! My goal is to get a very street-able setup that will last me awhile.
So far I have a Garrett T25 (SR20DET) with a fresh rebuild (turbo was free rebuild was $200)
A Zage style cast turbo manifold ($80)
A tiny inter-cooler I had laying around from my old Honda
Walboro 255 from a friend
2ZZ Injectors ($60 on craigslist)
oil and coolant lines I have but will probably need to order new ones
boost gauge i had
V-band down pipe flange for a custom DP ($40)
silicone pipe connectors i had

The list of things I need is long and so are the questions I have lol

What did you guys do as far as inter-cooler piping?
What are you guys running as far as EMS? The budget I have is mostly going to be spent on tuning.
