Cool *MAD DOG*'S CA USA visit Jan 2009

Hey all,

I did previously have a thread about my visit but it got deleted when some dickless hacker stuffed YarisWorld.

Anyway my wife and I will be holidaying in the USA and staying Anaheim in Jan 09. I would love to catch up with as many members as I can while I’m over. So what I’m asking is all YarisWorld members to come up with a group activity we can all do.

A few suggestions of my own.

1. I would love to see a Lakers game, but I dunno if everyone is into basketball.

2. A group BBQ would be another good idea. So please feel free to make suggestions.

3. I'd love to go to Orange County Indoor Shooting Range again. I loved the glock .9mm. I went there last time and had a blast You need to have a gun license to shoot a firearm over here in Australia (real strict laws and no semi or fully automatics).

Also if anyone from another state/s wants to come join in, feel free to join us.

I'd love to check out your left hand drive Yarii! Maybe even go for a spin in a few.

Looking forward to your ideas and meeting you.

---

Yup.

Depart Melbourne (MEL), Australia Jan 09, 2009 at 12:10pm
Arrive LAX, USA Jan 09, 2009 at 7:30am (No I don't really travel back in time, just we pass the international date line on the way)

Depart LAX, USA Jan 26, 2009
Arrive Melbourne (MEL) Jan 28, 2009

So I should be on US soil between Jan 09 and Jan 26 2009.

I suppose it would be great to see Barak Obama sworn in as president, but I really will be just visiting CA and Mexico.

As for putting me on anyone's dash, that may void your warranty
