Cool 2007 Toyota Yaris HB in CT

Hey

Just got offered $6k at CarMax. I thought that was pretty reasonable.

55k miles
Stick shift
Base model
Silver
Factory standard
Documented oil changes etc

Anyone here interested? If not, any thoughts on CarMax's offer?

Thanks!

Usually, carmax gives the "Good" trade-in value of a vehicle. You will get a lot more selling it yourself but it is very tempting for them to write you a check right there, right then.

It depends on if you want to deal with selling it yourself

In this area you could probably get about $1000 to $2000 more selling it privately, but $6K is pretty reasonable for not having to deal with the tire kickers.

The auto trans helps that offer more than you would think. They have issues getting rid of manual transmission models.

Wow if I hadn't just made a deposit on our new Modular Home, this is just the kind of deal I was looking for! Hope I can find another in about 6 months that I can build my B-Spec car out of.....
