I have to work thursdays for a while. Someoe got fired and I had to pick up extra shifts till they find someone and train them. Maybe something will come up and I'll hit you guys up.

For those who are new to eating quality ramen, here's a quick "how to" from Juzo Itami's 1985 cult classic "Tampopo". Highly recommend this movie if you haven't seen it!

thanks for posting this...indeed, it is one of the classics...just finish watching the whole movie online...ken watanabe is so young...it's great!
