Help: Aux/Bluetooth for 2008 Yaris Sedan?
Looking to add aux jack or bluetooth for my 08 Yaris Sedan. Is there some kind of device that i can just add through a usb or car charger port that allows me to have access to a aux port or bluetooth connectivity so i can listen to my music and not the radio?
I saw the DIY on taking out the stereo to add your own aux port but that looks so daunting lol. Also it's odd that a 08 car does not have an aux port.. Thanks guys. |

Which radio do you have? The one that's integrated with the dash, or the almost-double-DIN sized OEM one?

Just buy an aftermarket stereo deck with it built in and order a faceplate kit for the dash. It's pretty simple and straightforward. Did it in mine in about an hour from start to finish.

Not the same dashboard as this but it's the same radio. http://i.imgur.com/1SwD7.jpg
I bought a bluetooth fm transmitter, will try that first before thinking about changing the stereo dock. |
