need help removing o2 sensor
Someone help. I've tried everything under the sun. Is there any easier way to remove the O2 sensor
 Losing my f*cking mind here trying to get this sh*t off. ANy other suggestions?

Did you try an O2 sensor socket? You can also turn the car on
to get in warm but not hot and it should make it a little easier to remove.

maybe spray some wd40 when car is cool let it sit for a while the give it a wack. is it the top one or bottom? Are you doing it with a open wrench? Is it stripping or just not coming loose? If it is not coming loose maybe just heat it with fire like muffler shops and try then.

why are you trying to remove it already? only 2 years old? that seems like an awfully short lifespan... aren't you still under warranty? if under warranty, take it to the dealer...

|
Spray the thread area with PB Blast (really soak it) and let it sit overnight. Make sure the pipes are cool when you spray it. Get yourself an 02 socket and then it should come right off.

Thanks guys, well i soaked it in PB blaster, used a O2 socket, used a torch to heat it up. I must have been going at it for at least a goood 45 mins before i was finally able to get it off. Has anyone else had this much trouble getting their O2 sensor off? It was a real PITA

You shouldn't have any problem with just an o2 wrench and a .5" drive. Leverage is key with something that is "heat cycled."

Just got the car back, Sounds great, defintely more throaty, it's actually quiter than what i thought it was going to be. I'll try and get a video tonight
