go to www.thai2english.com or www.thai-english.com they have translation facilities. Won't be so easy to understand but you should get the gist of it

Due to the nature of the Thai language (grammar, sentence structure, idioms and expressions), it is very very very difficult to have it translated by a computer translator. So, the sites I have posted are the best resources available, you will still need to use some wffort and brainpower to understand what is going on
