Motor mount bolts torque specs? AT, back "dog bone"

I'm planning to swap out all my motor mounts. I'm missing torque specs for two bolt types on the bottom/back mounts. See image in red. Part numbers are 90119-14139 and 90105-10301 if that helps. Thanks!

Side question, from my understanding of the documentation, it seems to be best to replace mounts in the following order, remove pass side, remove transmission side, replace transmission side, replace pass side, remove back/bottom, replace back/bottom. Is this about right?
