Any Yaris XP90/NCP91 enthusiat that could help me a bit ?
Don't get me wrong... I LOVE... absolutely LOVE my Vitz.... but there's ONE THING..
-Centered in the dash cluster.... while some get used to it. I absolutely hate it... I rather want to keep the speed I go.. in a more... "confidential way" in other words behind my damn steering wheel... like any other car......... soo my question is... does somebody ever did something like that ??? a custom dash, or simply a relocalised cluster.... ???? because I need advices on how to do it...(or if someone made a pre done kit that would be great too) I'm a rookie.... but I can find workaround |

I don't recall seeing anyone do it, but a few years ago I was away from the forum for a few years. Either way, I like the center dash. It sets the car apart from most others and allows for the driver side upper glove box.

I don't ever want to hear again that you are a broke college student when you are looking to spend money for something like this. No it has not been done in the 10 years I've been here.

I AM a broke college students.... but I have.... contacts...... I just wanted to know if someone took appart a Yaris MK2 dash and took measurements to make a custom one....... well I guess not... and I guess my only option is to get that MicroImage replica TRD cluster and unplug my OEM one.... |

I'm working on something to get a few gauges in the "traditional" location while retaining an OEM look. I'll add it to my thread when I get to it. Have a few other things that have priority over this so it'll be a little time before I get it done.

Hmmm... Since selling my 2007, the centre instrument cluster is something I actually miss on my 2014. I wish Toyota left it where it was!

I've seen some videos on youtube where people have turned an android phone into a speedo. If you have an old phone lying around you're not using, maybe you can try that.

Every thread I've seen you post, you always complain about how expensive an item is. I personally don't think you should be modifying a car. Go finish college.

i was a man about it.
i used a hole saw and made my own gauge pod from model putty. i plan to cut a larger, 6.5" hole next to it and mount a larger tach and put a temp gauge in the 3" |
