An unfortunate introduction...

Update!
It's been a while since I've logged on, I've put about 9000 miles on the car since I fixed it.
I'm really impressed by the engineering of these cars, the impact absorber saved the frame from any damage. Considering the car was considered a total loss, and I bought all new internal parts from the dealer including a new pair of headlights and 4 new tires for under $1000, I'm pretty stoked. I didn't have to do any paint work, I just Frankenstein/mickey-moused the front bumper cover:

New Wheels and tires:

Hello everyone, I'm Dylan, I live in Pasadena, California and
I drive an '07 3 door liftback that's sadly been in a minor accident.
I'm hoping the YarisWorld community can help me out.

Here are some pics of my misfortune:

I've started a thread in the electronics section about resetting the SRS system and replacing the Airbag, and a thread in the WTB section for a drivers headlamp, front bumper cover and beam, and the airbag itself.
If anyone can help get me back out on the road I'd really appreciate it!

Thanks YW!
Dylan

Greetings Dylan,

I am really very sorry about the unfortunate accident :(. I hope you and someone you love didn't get hurt in the accident. I will suggest you to consult some authorize mechanic or dealer and get things sorted out. I am afraid its Not something you can DIY.

I am also a Yaris owner, I just love the ride. Its compact and it has everything that any bigger car have :D

If anyone knows, it's CTScott. He regularly buys damaged/totaled Yarii and either rebuilds them or parts them out. Take a look around at his build threads.

Last I heard, he just needed to track down a bumper for it.
