Yaris 2005 codes P0722 and P2767
Hi friends,
I got codes P0722 and P2767 on my yaris. Anyone know how to troubleshoot these codes? Where are these sensors locared? thanks |

Should both be the same sensor. The speed sensor on the transmission. On mine it is on top of the trans toward the back. It had three wires going to it.

Looking up the codes I found:
P0722 Output Speed Sensor Circuit No Signal P2767 TOYOTA - Input/Turbine Speed Sensor 'B' Circuit No Signal So looks like the speed sensor is getting no signal in or out. The three wires should be 12 power, a pulse waveform output, and a ground wire. I would check the connector to the speed sensor for a loose connection or corrosion. You can check 12 power wire and ground wire quite easily with a test light or a multimeter |
