The BEST wiper blade replacements for Yaris

I have used many different types of wiper blades out there on my Yaris, from OEM to aftermarket. And the best replacements ever are OEM Honda wiper blades. They are the new contour series blades. So, they form to fit the windshield just perfect. And the best part, is that, you can just purchase the refills from any Honda Dealership and replace them after they need replacing, without changing the entire blade.

ive been thinking about replacing my stock blades but i have done zero research on doing such...... so noob question here..... where would you get these blades that you got.... honda dealership?? autozone?!?

You can do this with your OEM Toyota blades as well.

I just re-purchased stock wiper blades for my Yaris. I've tried just about every brand of after-market wipers, and they don't last more than a few months, perhaps 5 months at most. The OEM blades worked fine for the first 1.5 years... I hope I'll have as good luck with them again!

In the manual its says we need a 24" (or 26"?) and 14" but on the yaris they have installed a 13" stock lol.... Confusing. Sucks cuz almost no brands do 14" in "reflex" style blades.

I changed my wipers with the OEM corolla wipers from a dealer. They are the new aero style ones. And the length and everything is a perfect fit. I havent got any photos atm but I can tell you guys that they fit like they were originally intended for.

Just did the same after getting these part numbers(thank you). For ease of on and off the Honda blades are the shizzzzz. Honda for me from now on. Oh, they look great.

I use Bosch ION wiper blades. However, the shortest blade is 16". So I had to disassemble the 16" and made it 14" long. Regardless, awesome blades! And the best part is they don't have the metal structure to allow snow/ice build-up.

I'm sold on the Toyota OEM's, which allow me to buy just the refill not the entire metal frame. Not everyone is going to want to mess with the process to change out refills(fitting the wire springs in the new blades and sliding them back in), but for me I love the cost and far less to throw in the garbage. And Toyota's blades work pefect just like when the car was new. I've tried several aftermarket wipers and have always been disappointed in their noise or lousy wipe after some use.

All I ever use is the Toyota oem wiper insert refills it takes a whole 5 minutes to replace all 3 inserts. They come Teflon coated and are inexpensive

Looked for the Honda blades, 35CAD each. Pretty much expensive but they look great.

The best are the original japanese OEM's. The generic junk Toyota sells is useless.

I think it depends where you are located --the most important thing to consider IMO when deciding to buy wipers.

I still don't know to this day which is the best wipers to use for winter but I've never really tried a variety yet, only stock.

The OEM ones worked great for me for about 3 yrs and then they just started to really suck, but that is also using them in the winter months up north. I am thinking that I am going to give those Honda ones a try...I like how they look sleek as well.

I have actually tried plenty in the winter up here in Michigan. I get my blades at cost, so it's not expensive to try. The "Winter" style blades with that massive rubber boot are NOT good in the winter. That rubber boot makes them very un-flexible. And the stocks with all the open metal frame seem to get clogged with ice. I found the best to be the style like the Bosch ION, or the Rain-X ones. They look like just a blade with a plastic block in the middle. Usually all those kind have some sort of Teflon-type blade.
