"Catalyst mon" incorrect on ODBII reader

Hello everyone.
Every couple of weeks, I check all my levels on my 2008 1 litre Yaris, my tires pressure, and plug in my ODBII code reader to check if there's anything I need to know.
This weekend, I got "Catalyst mon: INC". This is the first time my code reader reports something incorrect. I tried to reset the codes, but then I got both oxygen thingies (can't recall what they are called off hand!) incorrect as well. The latter 2 clear after I run the car (e.g. to go to/from work), but the "Catalyst mon" flag doesn't clear. I don't get any lights on the dashboard, so I assume it's not critical.
Is that anything I should be concerned about? Does the engine need to be hot or cold before getting a reading? In which case, why doesn't it clear when I scan codes just after driving back home?
Thanks!
