I just saw the pictures of your detail now. Looks amazing! I guess Scratch-X is what I need, since I've noticed rubbing compound isn't enough to get the swirlies out. I don't have power tools, either (nowhere to plug in), but I do clay bar, compound, and wax every year or so, and just a wash and wax every few months to get the dust and bird$#*& off.

I just got a DA polisher, but I won't be detailing Dory again until next year. What sucks is shortly after I did the detail, the stupid power washer crew washed my car and slapped their damn hose on it (I park next to our new car inventory). So now she once again has swirl marks and even worse, SCRATCHES! I swear, we pay these fools to damage our cars, and it's the person who sells the car that ends up paying for it.
