Researching Yaris S front spoiler for my 2009

I've been after one of these for a while! And now that I'm going to do a cosmetic rebuild/repaint on the front end of my 2009 2dr hatch at 240k miles I think I'm going to finally pull the trigger!

I'm essentially going to clone the car of a member here named The Barber... although with a 2009 as I believe his is an older model year.

http://www.yarisworld.com/forums/showthread.php?t=39321
http://www.yarisworld.com/forums/showthread.php?t=40449

From my research I've found that the part number is for just the front splitter is PZ321-52032 and I've spoken to several places that are able to order it for a reasonable price. However there are two issues I've run into:

1- Is there anyone who has ordered the Yaris S front splitter that can tell me if it includes the plastic, angled fog lamp bezels, the plastic grill insert, or any sort of gasket used to mount it? If not does anyone know the part numbers for those?

*I'm aware the stock bumper will have to have holes cut in it for mounting. That's fine as I'm actually buying an entirely new front bumper anyway.

2- Will I need a VIN Number from a Yaris S to officially order the part? The only place I spoke with over the phone said they could try to order it and see if it would take in the computer without a Yaris S VIN. However I didn't want to order until I have some sort of answer to the first question...

The lower front spoiler/splitter is what I'm talking about:

About $343 shipped... it was only like $20 for shipping.

Good... yeah it appears I can just add it to my cart so it doesn't seem like a VIN is even relevant. The problem is I have no information on the part being delivered other than that's the number and it's coming from a warehouse somewhere in California?

The whole bumper is 1pc, there is no separate lip

iirc, the OEM lights attach fine in the back of the bumper and there is no shroud...the hole is just the right size

That is incorrect. Take a look at pics of your own car. There is a thin grey gasket running a long the edge of the lip. It is two pieces.

I'm trying to figure out where to get one of those said gaskets? Is that a common type of stripping?

I don't believe it would be considered common. It is rubber and shaped kinda like a laxy Y. The stem of the Y is glued to the back of the lip with one arm of the Y running along the top of the lip. The other arm of the Y then presses up against the bumper when the lip is secured in place. Toyota should be able to identify it.

PZ321-12801 - FITTING KIT, FRONT BUMPER

or...get some 3m grey moulding tape, cut into thin strips. There may be metal brackets or some time of brackets (zip tie maybe) to hold the rest of the bottom of the spoiler for reinforcement.

my front lip (oem jdm) came with all mounting hardware, metal clips, moulding tape, alcohol..
the gasket is very similar to the one i used in the pic of my side skirt install (76925-52101-B1)

So PZ321-12801 is the actual fitting kit for the Yaris S front fasci to attach it to a stock bumper?

Rock Auto has the Bumper cover pre-drilled for RS. See link. Note: it's showing CAD, not the lesser US$.

Does I can't tell from the pictures if it has the front spoiler on it already? Also has anyone put the sedan bumper cover on the liftback. I like the look of the sedan grill better

Description for RS bumper states pre-drilled spoiler holes. There is no picture shown. As the RS is a two piece setup, the spoiler will not be included as a package.

No, a hatch bumper WILL NOT fit on a sedan.

Each and every part must be purchased separately if dealing with Toyota.
