Where to buy TRD parts in Australia?

Hey gang.

After looking at the thread on the most valued upgrades to the Yarii, I saw the TRD Sportivo set (springs, shocks, sway bar, etc) coming up a lot.

However, I had read that Toyota shut down its TRD division here.

Where can I get TRD parts for the Yaris?

I was under the impression that your local Toyota Dealership can get them in for you, just provide them with the part numbers. As for the TRD rear sway bar, I believe that may be a TRD USA specific part.

The TRD Sportivo suspension kits (blue shocks w/ white springs) are from TRD Japan. TRD Australia has seized it's operations, but note that they are completely separate from TRD Japan.

Since the new Corolla's here have TRD Sportivo suspension kits as an accessory, I would say the dealers are able to get TRD Japan parts in. Goodluck!

Toyota Dealership can F**K right off they are so over priced it is cheaper to import, rear sway bar and you will need a strut brace as you cand do half ass job. you can get an ultra racing kit as well ... that is what i got and they are sweet as mate :)

Thanks for the info guys.

The other thing Im looking at is the NST Shift kit accessories.

Again, couldnt find the stuff anywhere locally.

Do they think Aussies just get around on the backs of kangaroos or something? :)
