"what's in the kit" has nothing to do with how much power it will make.. if the turbo is big enough, you'll make the power.. with boost turned up of course

with big turbo = big power = big turbo lag..

small turbo = enough power = low turbo lag = daily use no problem = save on fuel too

Wow, 5 year old thread. I sell the Zage kits here in the USA.

Recommended gauges besides boost are oil pressure and water temp.

You'll need to buy management so you can tune your motor as well; the Zage kit does not include engine management. I would also have a set of 1ZZ injectors on hand in case your particular tune come out too lean with stock injectors.

Let me know if I can answer any more questions for you.

Is there a zage kit for the 2004 echo? I am tempted to trade the echo in for a Mini Cooper just for the fact that I want some extra kick in my ride and I wouldn't have to mod the mini. (Already super/turbo charged) But I don't want to loose the reliability of the mighty yota!

Whatever you do you would very well regret going with the Mini. They are about as reliable as dollar store toilet paper. If there isn't a Zage kit for the echo in your year you would probably only need to pick up a couple different sections of IC piping depending on spacial issues.
