Looking good! It looks like your passenger side is tucked in a few mm more than the driver side though.. my Yaris is the same..

I just installed these on my car and they look amazing! I'll take pics when the car is back on the lift. Just remember to be careful while doint the install, you don't want to screw the threads up like me It's also best to have someone else there to help you out too.

Photobucket images are blocked at work, so I can't see the pic. Anyway, will some kind of "puller" work? (Someone else mentioned a steering wheel puller, but I believe that was used to remove the brake drum.) Along with some heat and PB Blaster? I'm sure that bit of rust is holding it on... Even if you can't work on it today, getting some PB Blaster sprayed in there now would give it a couple of days or more to work it's magic. Then you can try again on the weekend.

Might be a stupid question, but if someone installs the Rear Disc Brake Conversion Kit the spacers would be a moot point correct?

this thing wont work for 205/50/16 +40 offset. i did 13mm on left and 10mm on the right (due to left goes in more than the right..)got it flush on both side but still rubbing on the right shaved the fender worked well but with soneone on the back still getting rubadubdub on dips..i should have placed the shim .damn it! but now i dont want to do it if its not gonna fix the issue..1degree ?? would that move the upper tires in by what 2mm or less..
update... left rear for hatch is 5mm off vs right rear.. get 13mm n 8mm or 15mm n 10mm Last edited by marcus; 06-28-2010 at 12:13 PM. |

I installed a camber kit, thanks to Garm and other yariswold members for your suggestions trying to avoid rubbing. The installation is very easy if you have done the spacers, I added -1.5 degrees and Looks and Feels AWESOME!!! it does help with the rubbing issue but I still need to drive with more weight and find out.
