Diggin' the smoked headlights, is it paint or vinyl?

Garms old retrofit projector headlights the housing is painted black so it looks smoked

Are you sure about that? I've been researching painting the housings inside a LOT lately and DINO's definitely looks like it has a vinyl tint on the lights. Plus, in pictures from page 6 and prior, the lights look the exact same but without the tinted look..

yea i know she bought them. Garm sold them to Matt (mrmiles) and then he sold them to Tan (vten) and he sold them to lydia (dino) i was pretty sure they were only painted housings but maybe they do have some tint too.

I had to take them apart once (5 times) and the lens is almost clear, everything inside the housing is black. I think the bright of the HiD and the black make it look a little smoked

headlights inner plastics were painted matte black , and the clear lenses were left untouch (oem)
