2009 Polar White 3dr

Hey guys, I've been lurking for a little while and trying to join. The forum kept thinking I was a spammer?? Anyways. I'm new to the Toyota Community.

I just traded in my long time love, a 2005 WRX. Fully bolted, big 16g turbo 21psi, loads of fun. But I couldn't keep a tranny in it for more than a year. So I did what I thought was best and let it go after owning it for 4 and a half years. I got a great deal on this base model 3dr manual, no power windows.

As it sits right now I have it lowered on TEIN S-Techs, ADVAN SA3R wheels (15x6.5 +32) With toyo proxes4 (205/50) 30% tint, tinted tails and a Greddy Counterweight knob. I really like this little car and dont really want any power from it. I'm just going to make it grip. (Ksports go on in the Fall)

I'll post pix if anyone is interested. Glad I could finally make it on here.

It's definitely a fun little canyon carver. Welcome to the forum! So far my handling mods are Sprint Performance springs, TRD rear sway bar, GT Spec rear sway link bar, and a tanabe front strut bar with 17" nitto neo-gens. If you're looking for smoother shifts and better revs NST has a short-shift kit, bushings kit, and lite-series pulleys. They also have a 10% underdrive crank pulley.

No need for a hoodscoop when theres a front mount intercooler. it was a sleeper. Sub 12 second car.

Looking into a few things... Can anyone give some input?

I really want that Blitz exhaust Peterpoop had, but JSC speed cant seem to get a part number on it.

Does the Nitto torque damper stop that laggy 1-2 hard shift?

And where can I find a decent short ram, all I keep finding are CAI and I dont want one here in PA.
