Ign off live feed problem/interior light, key and clock

Recently i seem to have lost the live feed when the ignition is off, I have noticed that the door courtesy light does not come on, it does come on however when the ign is on so door switch must be ok. In investigating this I have pulled each fuse individually to check and then replaced, now my wireless key lock wont work and I cant reprogram it as the door does not sense it is being opened with the key out (the reprogram method involves key in and out and door open and shut in a set sequence), I also seem to have disrupted the clocks ability to remember the time and every time I turn off the ign it resets to 12:00.
I have just checked all the fuses are in the correct place too.

Help!

Check the DOME fuse in the under bonnet fuse panel. If you only visually checked the fuses, try actually replacing that one, as the smaller rating fuses are not always visibly obvious that they have blown.

Thanks. fuse checked ok, replaced anyway just now. Checked for permanent live feed to fuse location and is present with key out. No change.

Thanks.

OK. The clock is also fed by the ACC fuse in the under dash fuse panel.

Logic for the door lock control is fed by the GAUGE fuse. The ECU-IG fuse feeds the body ECU for controlling the courtesy light.

Also, check your ground connection, particularly check the negative battery terminal to make sure it is not loose or corroded. If there is any corrosion on it, use a wire brush or sandpaper to clean the battery post and the inside of the terminal.

Can you get at the connector for the clock to measure the voltage on the wires to it?
