I thought I would post here before going to the "DIY section"

So me and Gwasabi tried to install power windows. we got it all wired up BUT couldnt find a power source to tap to that wouldnt blow a fuse! I tapped it to pretty much every wire on the steering column and where we thought might work. But after blowing 2 fuses and 5 hours later we thought we better stop and find out.

So anyone know how we can do this? where to tap or get our power source from?

theres the big fat black wire on the fuse block thats constant 12 volts or you can tap it into the the switch wire should be fine

ok cool, I will try and finish tom'w. my gf is totally grossed out by my no door panel and gutted looking car... nah nah dont worry, just when we blew the first fuse, we had no idea why my tach and radio wasnt working. then found the blown fuse.

I took pics of me, Gwasabi, and Haku installing it. who wants to see? hahahaha funny stuff.

Ok well I took a quick picture of what I think the fuse block is, and looked for fat black wire. and this looked like the fattest.
