Red face how much oil do i do i fill with?

anyone know off hand how much oil is the right ammount to fill up after a complete drain? I just didn't know where to look

Not exactly for sure but I think it's somewhere between 3.6-3.8 qts.

3.6 is more accurate.. 3.9 liters still left me with about .3-.4 left on it..

Toyota says 3.9 quarts with the filter. 4's close enough.

That's U.S. quarts, not liters.

3.7 or so, run the car then check again mine is always right at the top of the line. Draining while warm will help get the most amount of oil out, around 30 min after stopping the engine so its drained, but not so hot as to burn the crap outta your hand. Open the hood as soon as you stop to aid in cool off.

i always fill up my oil filter like 75% with oil, then put it on, then i fill 3 5/8 quarts of oil =)

user manual says 3.7L this translates to 4qt.
