The strap wrench type shown in Ace and YarisLover09's posts is the best multi-fit filter wrench I've tried, and I've tried them all. They fit every filter I have ever seen (including a huge Nissan CD17 diesel filter) and work great.

I tried a strap wrench, there's no room down there to move it around. That filter is in real close to the engine. Get a die cast cap style unit in 64mm. The cheap stamped metal ones will hop while you turn them.
