Muffler rattle noise

So, I have had my axle back in for some time now and ever since I've installed it at certain rpms it woud make a rattleing noise. It is NOT my heat shield. Sound almost sounds like rocks in my muffler, Im certain its not my catalitic converter sence i have no CEL.
Could it be the gasket? I reused it instead of buying a new one. Gas escaping and making that aweful noise? I have shaken the muffler to try to hear if anying is oose inside and i dont hear anything. It like to make the noise when its waremed up and ussually under a load.

yeah if the bolts aren't bottomed out or the spring shifted while you tightening it up. Or it could just be a bad weld that broke loose and makes noise at it's resonance frequency of whatever RPM you hear it.

Or it could have a loose baffle inside the can itself (corroded or broken weld).
My TRD axleback may have that same issue. 80,000 kilometers of service through four years. I guess it won't last forever.
