Help on My A/c

My yaris 2006 compressor was failed and I replace it with after market compressor. After replacement same day it works fine, after that If i start in the morning it took 6-8 Minutes to start the compressor after switching on the A/c and green light is coming.

Why the delay is coming? Is refrigerant pressure low/high? Please advise me.

Thanks in advance

Did you have a mechanic evacuate and charge the A/C system after replacing the compressor?

Yes, He checked and said may be issue with control board. Once the A/c starts to work, it works fine for hours no issue.

Only initial delay after stopping for 5 to 6 hours. Since in the morning i have to drive only for 10 Minutes, in hot summer here it is very difficult to drive inside the car without A/C.

Please explain me why these starting delay,
Here(UAE-Fujairah) the mechanic is not good, & I yet to find the good one.

The starting issue would be due to pressure (too low or too high). It could be that the mechanic did not charge it to the factory specification or it could be that the pressure sensor is bad.

That should be OK as it should be 57 to 85 PSI with the compressor not running.

Cooling is not the issue only delay in start of compressor, Mainly after long gap keeping vehicle OFF.

If I run the vehicle in middle after 1 Hr, No issue, compressor starts to work immediately!!

That makes me think the pressure is low and the heat of the engine running increases the pressure enough to let it decide to start.

That's an expensive repair, so I would ask him to prove what the clutch issue is.
