Its skid training, either for adanced drivers control or something pretaining to rally.
The company that is on the back is a car dealership, from Argentina. They also have a racing team, which does rally. So I am pretty sure its a Yaris Rally Cup car they built and had an event to demonstrate how it feels to drive rally-style on a normal surface.
