Heres a couple of new pictures of my yaris , painted the rims gold to see how gold rims would look on the car also cut a hole in the front of my front bumper and installed my gold nst tow hook . Also picked up 2 new sponsors Meguires car care products and Heavy Hitter performance(turbo kit in the works) Enjoy !

damn, i recently sold my trd's, i definitely like how they look in gold (I was going to paint mine blue with a polished lip). The car looks much better now with the gold wheels.

from the look of the last pic, the gap between the front bumper and the hood appears to be bigger on the drivers side. EDIT: the second pic also shows the difference, the drivers side appears to be raised up more then the passenger side.

Thanks, Amber is "JDM" Peter , didn't you get the memo
I've been looking on ebay for a used set . Its would be the first time baking headlights an I don't want to ef' up the stockers on my first try . Also I had the bumper off friday night and was in a rush to get it back together and left out sims for the bumper on the driver side , hence the unsightly gap lol .

The gold TRD wheels look good on your black LB. You put a lot of work into your car and it shows! Good stuff man.

You can also try and find european headlights, they don't have the amber. So no need to open them.

if you aren't going to run mesh on your bumper, do what I did for my lower bumper when i removed the grille...tape off the radiator then fog EVERYTHING behind the bumper black...right now i can see the white supports and junk...if you are leaving a grill open, you don't want any light colors behind it or it draws the eye to it and away from the custom bodywork of your car.

EDIT: whats peoples fascination with towhooks anyway? I think they look like ass...

wheels pop in that gold color but lugs need SOMETHING. i agree with tow hook and fog covers need a shot of black to look proper.CONTRABAND has also perked my interest once again in keeping my trd's and doing the blue with polished lip. CONGRATS on the sponsorship and that car better be kept clean with that free wax.MAYBE garm will give you the brake setup for FREE with a new microimage sponsorship.....

Thanks garm ! I'll call you later today when I get off work . Thanks everyone I'm going for a track/show/jdm theme , hence the array of jdm parts . The tow hook goes with the "track" theme and has also been USED before and works . The lower grille is gonna be filled up with a Intercooler and the the upper with have black mesh in it . My turbo manifold in getting welded up @ heavy hitter performance and should be done within the week(will post pics) I plan on powdercoating the trd's takata green in a couple months just to keep the look of the car "fresh"
