Tanabe GF210s
According to Hyper Rev, the GF springs are available for the ncp91! I know Penguin Garage can source these, and perhaps some other people too. These appear to be quite a bit more expensive than the DF and NF springs, at 42,000 yen.

US Tanabe for some reason wont import them.
We're trying to get US Tanabe to bring them in. EDIT: this would make them 1000% easier to get and cheaper. |

The GFs' spring rates are F 3.9 and R 3.5. For a reference point, the DFs' are 3 in front and 2.2 in back.
And yeah, I really believe those new Tokico HTS shocks would make a perfect pair with these.

The Chinese TigerTecs I'm importing are 4k front 3k rear.
And if Tanabe USA brings in GF's for the Yaris, I'll be stocking them for sure. I have them in stock for the FIT -- it's just not fair. 42,000.00 JPY = 440.577 USD .... ... OUCH I have a JDM supplier now, can get anything including TRD -- I'll ask about the springs.
