I beleave the springs that came with my TRD shocks are TTE , and they
are very nice , Firm ride but not harsh at all .
As for the Side Skirts , talk too Cali Yaris (Garm) at http://shop.microimageonline.com/main.sc

Side skirts could be either,
I am on 15" x 6.5 alloy's , running 185/55/15 tyre's
but i will be changing these to a 195 or 205/55/15 tyre in a few months
the ride is a lot stabler , than stock.
but then again i also have the TRD rear Sway bar as well .

the springs are TTE.
the side skirts are from yaris 1.8 TS
the part numbers are:
A 7691552901
A 7691642901 for right and left.

A 7692352021 and A 9046710162 for the clips.

anyway, they can find them. as i wrote, they are from ts.
ask the dealer...

Send a message via AIM to cali yaris
should fit a non-TS Yaris. the clips are for installing the sideskirt to the car.
