I have a set of these, they are really nice and thick aluminum. I will post some pics after I mount them up. i think I will have to drill a couple of holes to put them on. They are pricey though.

I looked at that eBay hook, looks ok, but I wouldn't actually use it for a functional tow hook.

ok, I got some good information on these today. Need a survey though, how many people like that it folds down, even if that means a few more dollars for the product? The stock tow hook does not fold down, so I need to know how to make them to please the majority.

yep, I am looking at stainless steel, which could be just polished or powdercoated to please everyone. This would also make a functional tow hook, instead of just "dress up". Supposed to get some pricing this week.
